Senior Merchandiser

A large, reputed, 100% export-oriented garment factory is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser specializing in Woven products. The primary focus of this role is the flawless end-to-end execution and rigorous follow-up of orders to ensure timely shipment, alongside actively sourcing new customers for business growth.

• Must be well aware about Woven buying and production process.

• Candidate should have experience to handle USA customer like: Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Clein, DKNY, Costco etc.

• Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire process from new product development and high-quality sourcing/negotiation to final production and delivery at the right price and time.

• Coordination & Logistics: Liaising across internal departments (production, quality) and external factories to ensure on-time delivery. This includes managing raw material suppliers, booking shipping space, handling commercial documentation, and ensuring shipping movements.

• Communication & Reporting: Maintaining independent, clear correspondence with buyers to understand and fulfill their requirements. Providing daily reports to management and buyers, and conducting weekly updates with the Office Manager.

• Strategy & Performance: Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while monitoring supplier performance and providing strategic input based on market intelligence to build organizational capability.

Monitor supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual suppliers' scorecard Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume business. Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence. All other special job as assigned by the management.
